The (Hard Core Tactical Mod) is a total conversion mod for Call of Duty 2. In this mod almost every aspect of Call of Duty 2 has been re-done in some form or another to take your Call of Duty 2 single player gaming experience to the next level. This mod is not intended for those looking for a shooting gallery type gaming experience. But if you’re looking for a real challenge and intense battles where tactics actually come in to play, then this is the mod for you.
Here’s another one of the combat animations that you’ll see during battle in the HCTM. In this short clip notice the Russian soldier lying next to the destroyed brick wall. After being shot in the throat and choking on his own blood, it takes a while, but after desperately trying to find some sort of relief, he finally succumbs to his wounds and dies.

Slikk1 your mod Will be Masterpiecie....Great aniamtion, very good blood effects,but you can add some bigger puff like in Band of Brothers or SPR for better experience. If you can change wall,ground hit puffs/decals for more like CoD UO it will be great,becouse vanilla effects are not so good. Great effects are in Beyond Call of Duty mod for COD and UO. But anyway this will be awesome. Is there any chance to add some new body fall animation or implemet something like ragdoll?
I have experience with modding MOHAA and COD and UO,but your work is amazing at this point. Can't wait for final version.

1: As for the blood, this is just the tip of the ice burg so to speak. There are lots more blood effects in the mod and it came out just right in my opinion. I've come to realize that you guys can’t really get the full effect by looking at a pic or a video. You will have to experience this in game for yourself to get the full effect because there is lots of blood in the mod and you will have no trouble seeing it at all once you're in game.
2: I didn’t get around to completing the pain and death animations until after these videos were made but there are several ragdoll body fall type animations in the game now. You'll just have to see this in game for yourself once you get the mod, but trust me the game plays a whole lot differently than it used to. When you finally get a chance to play the HCTM it will almost feel like an entirely new game. :)
