Description
Admiral Margaret Parangosky was Commander-in-Chief of the Office of Naval Intelligence (CINCONI) for the entire duration of the Human-Covenant War. StellarStateLogic was kind enough to bless us with this interpretation of her, based on the actress Azmi Shabana, who will play this character in the upcoming Halo TV show on Showtime.
Did we know who the CINCONI was before this? I just wanna know if this is them adding new fluff where it was needed, or replacing old/aged lore.
There is no lore entry to the predecessor of Margaret Parangosky... The Sucessor is Serin Osman which is an ex Spartan II.
