A Halo mod for the critically acclaimed Sins of a Solar Empire, that aims to capture the fast paced intensity of the Halo series.
We were hoping the Fall of Reach animated series would actually show the Fall of Reach, to include things like the Pillar of Autumn's retreat from Reach. It didn't, so we caved in and began work on our own version of the Covenant Supercruiser.
This is our DOS-class Supercruiser, named primarily for her artillery-style support role and her capability in single-ship combat. We're quite proud of how she's turned out. She matches the Covenant style while still having a look all her own. Her profile also matches the version of the ship shown in the Fall of Reach comic book for the most part.
This outline looks very out of place on a Covenant warship. Reduce the sharpness of the angles and add some more curves into the design.
Actually it fits in extremely well when lined up with every other covenant capital ship in the mod, and combines looks of the CAS and ORS with its own unique design thrown in. The undersides of covie ships tend to have more sharp angles then their top sides anyway, look at the CAS and CCS specifically for reference. Some "sharper"parts of the model have been smoothed and curved out a bit since this was uploaded as well.
