Description
The Warthog LAA variant (light anti-armor). It's better known as the Guass Hog. The design was largely inspired by the Reach variant but isn't meant to be an exact replica. Opinions are welcome.

Thanks both. Once the main body of the Warthog was done, adding turret variants was easy. All I had to do was make a quick model and texture...and attach it to the body that Corey and I already made. Easy ;)

Indeed. Though the gauss hog is meant for anti-armor duty, not infantry...but it works against all types.
That's awesome! Oh noes I need more then one specter to destroy that. xD
More like 3 :) It takes about two shots to kill a Specter with the gauss cannon and three or so volleys from the Specter's cannon to kill a hog.

Thanks:) As stated above though, all I had to do for the last few updates was just change a turret (and then some code for the projectile). Not the most difficult thing. Each variant took an hour to do, tops.

I think you replied to the wrong post. lol. But no, there absolutely is not! If the black guy isn't the first to die, than he is the most kick-*** member of the group. Even if he is though, as the cliche goes, he still manages to die in some badass way. So yeah, being the battle-hardened black guy would not be such a bad thing ;)

Yes. All units can target aircraft, as it is in the Halo games and as it would be in real life.

will you be adding the grizzly as heavy vehicle for the unsc or that massive flying gunship (also halo wars) or will you stick with the original stuff
The Grizzly would be nice and/or the Vulture but they would if added act as super units and be very limited due to them being very strong, at least this is what I figure. :)
The Grizzly was redundant, IMO. I always thought just the Scorpion was cooler anyway. I have considered adding the Vulture though. It's also a space unit so it would make for a good heavy gunship in space. Oh and the limit would be one for skirmish and infinite for GC (same as what I plan for the Scarab).

IMO I loved the double barrels of the Griz and found it far more affective and its heavy armour in fact made it last longer than the Scorp but none the less whatever you go with is fine by me :D
The Vulture should prove to be interesting in space actually and yes Warthogs, Spartans, Pelicans and Scorpions are the main symbols I would think :)
More effective, yes...looks are what I don't like about it. Double barreled tanks belong in StarCraft. Halo's aesthetic is different than that.
Well my Sci-Fi universe has a double barrelled tank :)

Well, yes and no. There are units in the Halo books that are never seen in any cutscenes or other Halo vids. Some of those units I would like to include so I'll have to make up a design of my own.
