looks a bit small compared to the warthog inside (using my knowledge of warthog to marine size) seems a bit to small but it looks great oh ya good job on making mod of the year!
The control panel on the side is scaled to the marines. Everything is to scale. This is meant to be a small garage...like a Jiffy Lube or something...for quick repairs and maintenance.
And I haven't won mod of the year...I want you to vote for me so I can! :)
Looks great. I have ea suggestion for a little more greeble. How about a small military generator on inside or next to it? or maybe some electrical cords?

No, all vehicles. The Heavy Vehicle Factory is now an Aircraft Plant for building Hornets and Falcons. I just figured Scorpions would be repaired outside the garage...so there is no room for them inside.

can i suggest making it longer and having a tank parked in there as well =)
Maybe have a side patio-ish kind of thing (a concrete slab), and put a scorpion on there, just sitting there, maybe not completely built but under repair? Just a thought that maybe could accent the building further.

pretty sweet, kinda reminds me of this giant drop pod in a halo ce mod, that dropped from the sky, and a warthog was right there. I love the detail!

Is this supposed to build/garrison Hogs and Tanks, or just repairs them (build pad repair thingy)

With those fog lights on top of the building, you should bake the light into the ground in front of the garage.
Suggestions on how to do that?

I like the interior! As for 880Zero's suggestion about the lights, I believe that Petroglyph did this in Universe at War. The game uses slightly different shaders, but it may be worth looking into if you feel you have the time and interest.
Maybe have a little crane outside with an engine in the claw and a scorpion cannon lying outside next to the crane. Also put a little convenience store thing on the outside ;) Excellent job in any case!
May i suggest extending it having a tank inside undergoing maintance as it seams wird building tanks from a building that dosent look like it can fit em =p and some scraped vichel parts like a broken mongoose some tires and a scorpion turret?
