Description

The Elite Councilor will act as a replacement for the Field Commander squads, offering defense bonuses to nearby units. His bodyguards are only Elites so his squad can move faster than the Elite/Grunt squads that act as the backbone of the infantry. The Elite Majors in the pic function identically to their Minor counterparts but have higher stats, in general. They are exclusive to the Councilor squads and to Elite Strike teams (squads of 3 Elites, mixed Minors and Majors, meant to act as a strong infantry-to-infantry support role, picking up slack where Grunt squads fall short).
