Half-Life: Randomizer
Full Version 25 commentsThe first (and only) version of the Half-Life: Randomizer mod.
This mod randomizes almost everything in Half-Life to give it a new, fresh way to play. You could get a hornet gun instead of the crowbar. A headcrab could be an assassin. Anything is possible, and no matter how many times you've played Half-Life, you'll never see what's coming.
There are a few options that allow you to change what's randomized. Check the advanced tab of the options menu for these, or use the console commands.

Why the **** do soldiers keep spawning and respawning in small gaps in hitboxes? I can't get past any bits with conveyor belts

I think it's because cockroach spawners are randomized. Sorry about that.

Gives an error saying "Couldn't open sample.wad" every time I try to load anything other than the training room
Had a question, The Speech randomization command is not working, and so is random text. Any Help? (I think thats because i replaced the client.dll with the original one, but whatever.)
Yep, those things are done with custom code in those dlls so they won't work if replace it.
