The main purpose of this modification is to create a port version of Half-Life: Opposing Force. Which means that the whole game will be ported over to the Source Engine. I will port all sounds, models, effects, materials etc. And configure them to work with the the Source Engine. If what i have just stated still is a bit confusing to you then basically what i am doing is creating a Half-Life: Source version of Half-Life: Opposing Force. So that Half-Life: Opposing Force will get the updated features such as updated water, shaders, models, textures and much more.
Hello people. In this article i would like to have a talk with you about more updated version of my straight port of classic Counter-Strike 1.6 to the Source Engine, called Counter-Strike 1.6: Source. I have compiled new library, called "hl1_monsters.dll". In this dll are placed HL1: Source monster's. The console variable, called "monsters_init 1" is placed in "cstrike_classic\cfg\autoexec.cfg". You can change it to "monsters_init 0" if you don't want to have a "hl1_monsters.dll" to be launched with other library's. But you will not be able to spawn HL1: Source monster's. That's what i wanted tell you today, thank you.

1.)Download "game.rar" archive in provided above link.
2.)Once it finished the downloading process, open this downloaded before "game.rar" archive.
3.)In the opened "game.rar" archive you will see "game" folder.
4.)Extract this "game" folder, for example, to your Desktop.
5.)Open extracted to your Desktop "game" folder.
6.)You will see batch file, called "cstrike_classic".
7.)Double left-click on this batch file.
8.)Play and enjoy.

1.)To change the screen resolution, edit batch file "cstrike_classic" with Notepad. Change -width 1600 -height 900 to your monitor screen resolution.
