No, wait is not finished totally the mod. I have only take pause. Because my brain if i not take a break is going to explode. So don't worry is not stop the development. :)

I'm afraid not, because is from the version 0.4 i stop to publicate the version Xash3D. But you can try. (P.S: Sorry for the detention).
