What if Cave Johnson's multiverse theory was right? In which one includes Aperture buying out Black Mesa, and canceling the Anomalous Materials Research.
You, as Gordon Freeman run through Blaperture Mesa and the new testing facility in Sector C. Testing goes horribly wrong however and Gordon gets sent deep underground to the abandoned Anomalous Materials labs, and re-activates the Anti Mass Spectrometer. Causing the resonance cascade, and going through the old and new labs to get to the teleportation labs. In which Gordon has to teleport between multiverses to clean up the mess.

Hello! Things have been very quiet ever since christmas. But once again in order to keep people out of the dark, I wanted to update you all on the current progress. I am starting work on the fifth out of REDACTED chapters, and so far things are coming out very well. Fixed up some old maps, worked on the new ones, fixed the new ones, and recently I decided to go back on the current voice lines in the game. I meant to get most of them done a few chapters ago, but some things have prevented me from doing so. Now that I have re-recorded some lines I've ran into a bigger issue. I have no version of Faceposer that I have that works.

So to any other mod makers out there who have worked with Faceposer, would anyone like to help out a bit? I would like to recruit someone to join the team, this would also give you early access to the current builds of the game. Note, I am not asking for beta testers, if you want to join it would be nice if you knew how to use Faceposer. If you are interested in helping out, please reach out to me in the comments for this post, or send me a message through my profile.

As for other news, I will try to keep everyone posted more often as progress is made. I appreciate the feedback I've gotten over the time I've worked on this, and if you have any more feel free to leave a comment. For now though, see you all next update!

Ok, since there is "Into The Multiverse" for Portal 2 with same idea it looks like this one is copypaste, BUT! The original one is unfinished and come as a community test map pack. But idea with "Blaperture" etc is same. Still portal's 2 mod looks kinda weird. I hope this one will be actually it.

I actually played Into The Multiverse a long time ago before it was even re-uploaded to the workshop. I loved the idea and yes, the story is based on the same quote. However Half-Alive takes a much different turn than ITM did.

I loved into the multiverse and also played it before it got reuploaded. Episode 4 is my personal favorite.

Looks very promising! I don't think that the combination of Half-Life assets on Portal assets looks very good though, it looks very out of place. The very simple brushwork also doesn't work very well imo. It might work with Half-Life 1 textures but it doesn't work as well with higher res Portal textures that were intended for use with models and brushwork that looked smoother/had higher poly counts. Still, this looks quite cool so far! Excited to see the events of the Black Mesa Incident in a separate multiverse.

It's looking really good, but will the original half-life areas be changed to look more like portal's office areas?

I'm planning to keep most of the original half life maps relatively the same with some very minor changes. This is so in this universe Blaperture was just kinda built on top of most of Black Mesa.

That's not actually something I ever thought about. While I have some ideas, I think it would be best for players to come up with their own theories when the game releases!
