Oh crap, peasants are still there :-D
They are like the most useless unit from all heroes games
Please note that we will have our own stats for all creatures.
They will have some upgrade?
More likely that no. But they will have stats different from Heroes 1-2.
Paesants in great numbers are good for cannon-foddering and their precious gold income bonus ;D
Are they giving any gold in heroes 2? I dont think so
Also they have 1hp and 1 def so everything is doing them full damage, thousand of peasants is easily destroyed by small army
Peasants will not have the same stats as in Heroes 1-2.
Oh yes please please please give them a gold making special like in Heroes 4 & 5. Then they are not so useless and can become an important part of the human economy. Much like they were in the real medieval world haha.

I have the classic version of the game (base + expansions), is it ok?
You will require GoG-version of Heroes 3 to install the mod. But I recommend to wait until the release :)
Actually I think that any version of Heroes 3 SoD or Heroes Complete is fine, but we will need to check.
