Diablo II mercenary system was fine, but as you progressed in the game most of them would start to become useless. To fix this issue, my primary objective was to make every mercenary worth havign, with their respective pros and cons.

This looks great! I'm getting an error when I try to extract the RAR though:
"Guild_-_The_Mercenary_Overhaul_1.3.rar is not RAR archive
No files to extract"
Are you sure? I ill check it out but maybe you download it with errores. Try to download it again and tell me if It worked
I downloaded and extracted the file and it wotks fine
I'm on Mac (running the PC game on a Porting Kit virtual machine), so that might be the issue. Will try extracting later on a Windows computer.

You mentioned this mod was compatible with the "Enjoy-SP" mod and recommended using it - I'm glad to hear it, since I was hoping to be able to use both. How do I make both work though if they each have their own "data" folder?
That mod mostly affects drop rates, so I was thinking I could just try adding your mod to the "data" folder of that one and replacing whichever files were duplicates? But I'm not sure what that might end up breaking.
Yes, you have to do that, replace the files in the data folder and It will work.
