THIS IS A MOD WHERE YOU PLAY AS A STATE TROOPER INSTEAD OF A CRIMINAL. ALL THREE CITIES ARE SCHP EXCEPT THE SHERIFF IN WHICH IS THE YORK COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT. I MADE THIS MOD IN REMEMBERANCE OF A STATE TROOPER NAMED KEVIN CUSACK WHO GOT KILLED IN A CAR ACCIDENT WHILE HE WAS ON PATROL.THERE ARE PICTURES OF HIM IN THE LOADING SCREENS.
