GTA: Extreme Vice City is a mod that was made back in 2017 much like GTA Deluxe it improves GTA VC to make it cool. Keep in mind that i stoled some of the mods in GTA: Extreme Vice City but some of them are not stolen like that realistic water reflection and yes i made that.

I know this looks new but this was made in 2017 and was released publicly in 2019 but moddb terminated my mod and my account because i violated the Terms Of Use by spamming some News Articles but it's all nothing today now. For now on i will try to update the mod again after it's 2 years of being stuck on the basement .

If you stole some mods, please leave the mods you stole and the name of the authors. Credit people for the work they do is great and is a good way to say "I'm not an *******"
Oh don't worry, some of the other mods i stoled are gonna get unused and some of them (that was from GTA Deluxe or whatever) are gonna get credited.
Edit: I forgot to tell you that i actually own the Realistic Water Reflection, to show you the proof you need to find my account on GTA FORUMS ( which is Dustin Gaming from GTAFORUMS ) it's on the About section where i show my MODDB Acc
