Very nice units, although I think there should not be knights and paladins crossbowmens, this weapon should be reserved for knechts and militia, crossbowmens in full plate armour seems a little op to me :)

Yep, I know. All missile units will be nerfed (for example, "ranged 7" is the maximum value that will be used only for elites, but I removed the "effective against armor" bonus as well).

For now we wanted to create some differentiation in the rosters, that's why you usually have different classes for the same unit.
Hoping to get help by a good modeler, so that we will create brand new units.. ;)

Make for the "Imperials":
Militia Crossbow and Bowmen
Heavy Militia Crossbow and Bowmen
Knights Crossbow
So, the Order Units, Knights and Paladins have a decent ranged unit, except of the Magics. And its accurate, there were many knights with cb in Gothic II. :)
I know Militia didnt had bows in Gothic II, but there are no Horses too in the 3 gothic games xD. (Even u can read about a big battle with horses in the G-Almanach between Myrtana Army and Assassins).
And u had at least an "army_bow" in Gothic II. :P
As a pool of Ideas, u could install the newest version from the Content Mod for Gothic III. ;)

Description

Here you can see how the brand new EDU will look like in next NH Patch version. Basically, I'm rebalancing the troops according to a precise logic: there will be six different tiers (from peasants to elites), plus side tiers for mages and generals. Each tier will be defined by precise numbers in terms of unit statistics, unit sizes, costs, etc. Moreover, "projectiles" for mages will be revisited, "skeletons" faction will be nerfed, unit bonuses will be re-assigned properly, missile units will be nerfed as well, and other parameters will be reworked.
