Gothic 2 - Requiem features a whole new weapon skill system, new forging system, new quests, new characters, new textures, new weapons and armor, improved AI, new & tweaked monsters and much much more!
Just to make things clear, even though I'm stumped with other stuff and problems, I'm not a lazy asas doing nothing, I'm working on things I CAN script, such as boss fights :>
This one in particular is the first phase of a bigger boss fight, involving a ****** off Undead Orc Shaman, a Lifesteal spell and lots of taunts.
(Also dual wield lvl2 & new armor :>)
And yes, I'm trying to make boss fights enjoyable and various, rather than simply button spam until someone dies.
As of now, there are 9/10 boss fights, half of them done (did this one up here in an afternoon)

Very nice, you should go with that approach on bosses - tough, mean and provide good loot <3. If you played L'hiver add someone like Lord Amorth :)
Have you managed to fix that bug you mentioned?

Where's a lot of this music and voice samples coming from?
I feel like I'm going to miss a lot of the classic Gothic II music in this game. I hope you keep some of it, or have an install option to keep the music the same.
Since I've recorded that near the waterfall, there was that sound during the whole video, so I've decided to put some music to make things better.
And fear not, most of G2 music is still back in the game =)
