If you mean to have another recoloured version for PLAYER only, ok we can live with that. Otherwise for the love of Innos Vic7im, don't replace none of npc's armor with it! That's the best colour you have there!

Just noticed, why these pala sets don't have the original gloves design with lion engrave? Sry m8, but that's not good :(. I hope you scrapp this too for both npc's and NH.
Are you going to change the parts from the Novice Robe in the armor, it really bothers me to see that. Oh, what about having Royal Guard Armor for Hagen's and Garond's guards and advisors? That would make them stand out among the rest of the paladins.
Our friend is right. As i said months ago in early images, you can "play" with the armors, since you have made few sets (4 from what i saw in other image) with small differences between them and new helms aswell. Imao, all the NAMED Paladins (only Haagen & Garond should have the set with red shoulders, which i hope you recolour, with the original Pala design on chest and why not make it no available to players for a more immerse feeling) should have a unique look from the rest of the Paladin warriors with the original opened helm for obvious reasons. The Paladins that guard Pala lords should have another of those pala sets with the original helm but the closed version this time. An the rest of Pala warriors another set with the closed helm you made without horns. And i'll say it again, pls give to all Pala sets the original gloves with the engrave on. Ofc, you can recolour the engrave to grey instead of gold, incase you want another set to have a more unique style. Also, why shoulders look smaller than the original? The original size and design (on shoulders) was amazing! There was another metal piece under the shoulder [https://media.moddb.com/cache/images/mods/1/26/25152/thumb_620x2000/GreetingsGuild.mp4.jpg]-(image from your video, see how impressing shoulders are and ofc all the armor with your textures applied) which it seems you scrapped. Pls, see again that part (for all pala sets ofc) cause this armor is so badass and you can make it even better! Tbh, i thought you will also use the dafauilt Pala set.
p.s. In previous image where all Pala sets are shown can you tell us the name of every set (or anyone that have seen them ingame) and what use you have for each one at the moment, so we can give you a more accurate feedback(?). Thx!
Pls, don't get me wrong! I'm just very excited with this mod from the very first time i saw it, as you've understand all that time. You've worked very hard for it and now in the final steps if you pay attention to some details and on how you'll manage somethings (like the armors given to npc's), the result will be fantastic!!
