GMDX is an award-winning large-scale modification for the 2000 PC classic Deus Ex. GMDX addresses the many flaws of the game, polishes it to a very high standard, and adds new layers of depth that one would have hoped to see in a sequel. Just starting GMDX so this may be a stupid question or have a quick solution. When I want to save or load a game, a menu pulls down giving me a list (I frequently quicksave but delete after completing a mission). It looks like you can only delete a save game when you go into the Save Game Menu. If you went into the Load Game Menu, the delete button shades out. That's fine. But when I delete the quicksaves, they re-appear later! So basically, my quicksaves (and autosaves) will keep piling up. Now, I've got the vanilla Deus Ex installed as well as Revision installed. It occurs to me that the game may be combining or taking saves from the other versions of Deus Ex so the delete doesn't complete ?? Probably not but just asking. Bottom line.....how do you delete quicksaves/autosaves from GMDX ? |
