GMDX is an award-winning large-scale modification for the 2000 PC classic Deus Ex. GMDX addresses the many flaws of the game, polishes it to a very high standard, and adds new layers of depth that one would have hoped to see in a sequel. While I cannot guarantee that, I suspect it is.
It's not. Not fully. The game should work, it just won't include most of the fixes/features in 9.0.3. Given that was a pretty small update, I'd say don't worry about it and go ahead.
