Some of that is obvious, and some of it isn't.
I'm going to guess at them and see how accurate I am.

I wouldn't expect the using of any Hazardous bombs from the USA Faction. They may be sneaky and devious, but they don't fight with dirty weapons really speaking. Nuclear would make more sense.
That said, it would be interesting if it was an Anti-Superweapon Power that specialised in destroying Superweapons Centres.

So, USA uses chemical weapons now.
Anti-Superweapon is good idea.
My professional opinion, I would advise that you make a slight adjustment.
I wouldn't want you being slated down to the ground for having a USA Faction that used Chemical weapons.
If you've already created USA Units that use Chemical weapons, you could just rename the faction to something else. Then clarify that it's not a USA Faction.
My suggestion, is to just swap China and USA. That would be the best thing to do, and easiest to implement.
USA using Nuclear Technology, that makes sense.
China using Chemical Weapons, that makes sense too.
China is flexible in what it uses, so you wouldn't offend anyone.
USA is more rigid in what it uses, so you might ruffle some feathers.

If you want to retain your current choices in regard to who uses what, then it's your choice. Though your target audience might not like the idea.
Why not,I think that's the real America :D,The United States has more than 200 biological laboratories around the world, and they are doing terrible experiments.

So I think it's just right for the author to assign chemical weapons to the United States, because that's what the United States is.
Man, learn about the history of the United States and what it has done in recent years, and you'll find it bloody.

USA uses chemical weapons more then any other nations.They used agent orange against Vietnam,Nukes against Japanese civilians(not military),and depleted uranium shells and other hazardous weapons in Iraq and Afghanistan.And you have the gall to talk like that?delusional.
