This mod removes the suck out of Zero Hour... What little of it existed, at least, but there were definitely some things that were a bit poorly designed, a few balancing issues, and just overall some quirks that could be fixed. This mod is my take on fixing those things and adding a bunch of awesome stuff to an already darned-good game. Prepare to unleash the absolute greatest in dominating weaponry in Zero Hour.

Most favorite general for beginners, because defending and crushing AIs was never easier. But I own the skies!
USA SupW in 1.04: Very great for beginners; fantastic against AI. But in higher-tier human matches she tends to fall too easily in early game. She has a crazy late game, though.
USA AirF in 1.04: At first appears to be pretty simple, but turns out to be the most powerful USA general because he's simply so versatile.
In most mods USAF can't hold the line and it's hard to give sustained fire. But it's so highly annoying to fight against that it turns out to be perfect against humans players.
I think the idea there might be that the USA AirF general has to focus on offense more than the other generals, and namely, his air craft. In vanilla ZH he's simply too versatile because he can pull off a very effective ground army as well as a normal USA gen can AND his air craft is ridiculously powerful and the point laser defense can help a lot that it's just a bit too much. The AI in vanilla ZH for USA AirF is just pathetic, though, and way too easy.
CnC AI is bad overall. Uses just attackmove...
Against a beginner, the AI is alright. But generally yeah it becomes very easy to beat them.
I remember though that in the final Soviet mission in Red Alert 2, the AI might not have been terribly smart, but it was BRUTAL!

Brutal, yes, by throwing never ending numbers of units at you. Using attack move. I haven't played much of Warcraft 3 matches, but I noticed it's AIs were able to help each other and coordinate both attacks and defense.
In ZH, if I play with my friend, AI army goes through my base to attack him. I actually tried making no defenses, they just passed by.
Well still. it can be hard to fight against like that.
