The idea of Gargoyle Arena is simple, play as a gargoyle and kill all of the other gargoyles. The gargoyles are actually based off of people from Moddb, (such as Cheapalert, Hammy Bob, ect.) Every gargoyle will possess 5 differant powers. Some can fly a certain height, some can scale the walls with amazing speed, and some are just really big and strong. The gargoyles powers focus around a certain feature or element, like ice, fire, strength, electricity, ect.
All I have done is the head, upper body, and
wings. will work on it more.

The model, by the way the polys are appearing to be shaded (and there's tons), it really really needs to be optimized. Q3A can only support up to 4096 verts per mesh (Players are divided in 3 meshes (head, legs and torso) so the limit is tripled)

accually, when ever i redo somthing, it turns out better.
