The idea of Gargoyle Arena is simple, play as a gargoyle and kill all of the other gargoyles. The gargoyles are actually based off of people from Moddb, (such as Cheapalert, Hammy Bob, ect.) Every gargoyle will possess 5 differant powers. Some can fly a certain height, some can scale the walls with amazing speed, and some are just really big and strong. The gargoyles powers focus around a certain feature or element, like ice, fire, strength, electricity, ect.

It is a sad day that has been a long time coming, GA a mod that started out with much support and enthusiasm from the Moddb community is dead. Why? Because noone does anything anymore, this is the first time in about a month that I have even laid eyes on moddb. Most people figured the mod was dead, im just confirming it.

wow the nostalgia
looking back on this, the main reason of this project dying is the focus on concept artwork. The concepts are nice, but that was the only thing being produced.
also we had only searched for a coder too, instead of learning things outselves. Trying to rely on a coder's availablility almost guaranteed the death on a mod
also back then I modeled like crap and only used milkshape.

Yeah but what we've seen there's only two good furs.
Though I disagree, I've met lots and lots of furs who are genuinely normal people without distorting anyone, they care about peoples views and such :P

Yeah, makkon's fired for his incompetence, stubborn -ness, and laziness. I will have to find another concept artist that's actually committed for once, and that one won't be a furry either.
Furries distort everyone around, and i'm sick of it. Let that be a lesson to learn.
