Cleaning up and code and improving spawn randomisation.
- Replaced my ridiculously over-engineered randomised spawn solution with something much saner
- Randomisation is now done by army rather than by team
Creates personality differences between the factions and introduces variations of them within factions for Commanders and sub-commanders. Sub-commanders are better at handling their eco. Overhauls the difficulty settings to provide more variety along with greater challenge at the higher settings.
