Since the 2020 Retail launch the 2011 release was renamed to: G STRING - BETA and in the future the G STRING - ULTIMATE EDITION is coming. Also don't be confused about the "Developer: LunchHouse Software" part. This is the G String Beta you are looking for, the one made by Eyaura. The display was changed because LunchHouse helped me a lot in publishing the game and this will help us both in promoting our work. Which reminds me: they're making PUNT! Go check it out! Since there is no way to list this on MODDB like on Steam (Developer: Eyaura, Publisher: LunchHouse Software) this is the best solution. Thanks and have fun!

Description

Doing finishing touches at this point. All the big bugs have been caught I hope.

I am not adding new areas or big set pieces. Just small things to kind of smooth things out and spice things up.

Also I am bringing the lighting up a notch. Kind of to breathe some more life into it without ruining the mood. It's a balancing act as with everything. Especially in the "urbex levels" where you explore abandoned parts of town that by their nature are darker.

It's tricky to light them well without shoving in neon lights everywhere which don't always make sense in run down abandoned settings. Obviously this isn't much of a problem in the more scifi areas which are more active and have proper lighting.

Also I am trying to add small events and few more things to do to help with the flow. Then when it's done time for Steam. Not sure how but yeah. It's a double edged sword- these licenses- obviously I'd prefer not having to deal with it but at the same time it forces me to really produce something good as I don't want to waste anyone's time and money.

So we'll see how that works out. There is definitely potential based on the tester feedback so that's good.

Thanks for the donations. Link on Youtube. No pressure though:
