Reign of Conflagration is a rebirth of the old mod which has been changed around, this time this is aimed at Generals Zero Hour consisting of three new sides and sub-groups for you to take charge of. The timeline is alternated with changes to the campaign story-line, additions to old units, changes to units and new units which will make the army you side with unstoppable.
This unit is a utility drone capable of repairing vehicles and dealing with enemy threats who pose a threat. It uses no machine guns or rockets but its mounted welding torch, dangerous to enemy infantry.

The drone is inspired by Nod's Mobile Repair Vehicle from Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun, it uses a base the unused Repair Drone model from the games files.
Generals might allow Reign of Conflagration to add weapons which can heal units, we went for a different approach, the Welder has been given a code which can allow your ground vehicles to move to the drone for repairs like at a War Factory.
I like the idea of it's torch burning units, but as this is a vital drone for the battlefield, how about putting a mounted rail-gun on its back or laser to defend itself while attempting to reach damaged units. Or maybe a point laser defence to stop incoming missiles.
Great ideas there, I'll add in one of those weapons as an upgrade for the Welder
