This is the full version of Freedoom in Doom, including the textures of the Freedoom IWADs. Now the Doom IWADs are playable with Freedoom resources entirely! The mod will be updated if any errors are found or whenever Freedoom gets an official update.
Update 1: Removed map name files for Doom 2/Final Doom. Updated GL lights for decorations and teleporters.
Update 2: Added Freedoom's GENMIDI file.
Update 3: Added patches for Final Doom IWADs to fix their skyboxes. The files are FDPLTPCH.wad for The Plutonia Experiment and FDTNTPCH.wad for TNT: Evilution.
Update 4: A limit-removing port is now required to play as some maps will crash on Vanilla Doom due to the textures, unfortunately.
Update 5: Added TITLEPIC, up to date to match with its "Sprites and Sounds Only" version.
Update 6: New M_DOOM, added HELP and CREDIT screens from Freedoom. Up to date with "Sprites and Sounds Only" version.
Update 7: Fixed TEXTURE issues with Plutonia and TNT IWADs. Final update for 0.11.3.

Freedoom in Doom is a mod that intends on bringing the Freedoom Marine in the original Doom IWADs alongside his arsenal, with some of his friends of course. The resources used in this version of the mod includes:
-Freedoom Marine Mugshot.
-Weapon sprites from both Freedoom Phases.
-Sounds (including PC Speaker) for the Freedoom Marine, weapons, monsters, and item pickups.
-Item sprites from Freedoom, including health, armor, and ammo.
-Fonts and graphics from Freedoom.
-Freedoom Marine and monster sprites.
-Modified Freedoom .deh file with weapon and enemy messages.
-Freedoom textures and graphics, including decorations!
For Ultimate Doom, a patch named FDDM1PCH.wad is included to have textures placed properly and the right skyboxes show up, otherwise you'll have the wrong skyboxes for the first three episodes and a buggy (and ugly HOM) skybox on Episode 4.
For Plutonia and TNT, use their respective patches, FDPLTPCH.wad or FDTNTPCH.wad, which fixes the skyboxes and other texture issues for both IWADs as they would show Freedoom's Doom 2 texture definitions instead.

Oh sweet thanks! Glad there weren't too many issues with this, I had compatibility and conflicts in mind. And well yeah, some of my Freedoom videos got more attention than my actual Doom videos. Freedoom has a bit of a niche following you can say. :)
indeed. I got requests to make freedoom videos sometimes. I also think it's a fantastic project. not only is free, but we can use it as a source for new projects and it has some nice maps too.

No, it is not because this won't magically make some brutal Freedoom sprites. And even so, you may as well just launch the IWADs only.
Will we get an updated release? they recently changed the Flame Summoner to be something else entirely.
I have a question. As a Delta touch user is there any way of getting just the HUD without the whole mod? I don't have a PC so I can't remove everything other than the HUD via a PC.
