Installation :

1 - You have to install the standalone mod first, so you can :

2 - Install the game: Go to the "S.T.A.L.K.E.R_SOC_RU" folder and run the "setup.exe" file.

Note: Since the instructions are in Russian, here is the order of buttons to press: 1st button - Choose where to install the game, then press the 2nd button - 2nd button - 2nd button - 2nd button - After installation, a new window appears, uncheck the box, and press the 1st button.

3 - Copy the "bin" and "gamedata" folders and paste them where your game is installed ("C:\Program Files\GSC Publishing\S.T.A.L.K.E.R.").

4 - In the same folder ("C:\Program Files\GSC Publishing\S.T.A.L.K.E.R."), open the "fsgame.ltx" file. Look for the line starting with $game_data$, then replace the word "false" with "true."

5 - Copy the "user.ltx" file and paste it into your "MyDocuments/STALKER-SHOC" (or PublicDocuments/STALKER-SHOC) folder.
