Belakar, Ambassador of the Rhûnic Confederation
The commander of the peacekeepers, Belakar is reputed for his severity and his complete lack of mercy. He will pacify the land with his sword and his ability to trample the rebels and the angry population.

I have to change 2 powers, i must give belakar Mount and for Delling to, what power should/could be removed ? :)
I think "Fourth in rank" because in my opinion is uselles (you can give fearless power as unit ability)

For Delling as Mateusz707 stated, I think the fearless power is kinda useless. So I would replace Unaware Courage with Mount.
As for Belakar, I would do the same, replace the fearless ability.
Also, besides making Dewin just a noble, I wish you would make him related to the King somehow. Seems a lot like a Wormtongue powerhouse.
Well, first i will keep Dewin's backstory as it is because i found it more interesting, but if you have better powers for his ring hero form, you can purpose them in PM, the name of I see fire and the fox and the crow must stay, as it is references ;)
