Flee Brennenburg as Daniel in this short custom story.
I felt like I was playing a DLC for The Dark Descent or as if I was having one of those weird Amnesia dreams where I could access other parts of Brennenburg Castle. Only this time it was not a dream. Amazing experience. The level design was very well done connecting to the original levels. I also like how there's barely any music and if there are its decayed-sounding renditions of the original music. It makes it feel like Brennenburg is a decaying corpse with no more life in it. The sound design was also good. Plus, creative puzzles, yet simple (unless you're a ******* like me...) I haven't replayed to try and get the different endings, but I will eventually get around to it when I feel the need to take a break from modding myself.
I think I can say that this is and will be one of the best mod in 2022 :)
If you want to know how daniel escaped Brennenburg, you definitely need to play this mod.
I would say this can be DLC for Amnesia :)

Now this is an amazing TDD styled mod!
First of all the design is amazing and very well done, puzzles are also pretty good tho I was stuck at a few places for a while. And there's apperantly 5 endings as well! I only managed to get the Entrance Hall ending but one day I'll get all of them. The lighting is good at most places tho I didn't like some billboards. The scripts are also very well made and the creativity of this custom story is just too good.
I've always wanted a custom story that explored places in Brennenburg that we didn't get to in TDD and this was a VERY well made version of that. So good job this is probably my new favorite mod with only original TDD assets!
(I recommend this alot, I'd say play time is around 2.5 hours)

Well-made and entertaining. About the same length as the original game. The storyline fit well, and the new enemy looks creepy. Unfortunately, the game did have a habit of crashing towards the end. I have made a Let's Play on YouTube channel Rimpartle.
Great visuals, fair encounters and puzzles, lots of work has been put into it. The only "negative" I could say about it is that there aren't even more ways of escaping/not all areas being reexplorable(For example, that hole that leads to what I think is supposed to be the wine cellar could also be used as an option if kept the rope+ found something else, etc).
Great Mod, It's sad people are trying to review bomb this amazing creation.
