this mod is compatible with forgotten mod?

Was wondering if you could help.
I'm creating a personal mod pack which combines these skins with the forgotten mod. I've gone through the process of conversion from matlib, to bmp, png, and finally to dds and upload through hex editor.
However when in-game, all dinosaurs with transparency effects (teeth, trike frill, etc) are only visible from one angle (cant see trike frill from behind) and have like an aura effect around the edges which causes clipping issues (trike for example again, there is the frill and the body, but in between there is now a seem where you can see the ground through the body.
Sorry for the long post but do you have any possible fixes for skinning?
You have to cut that parts of the dinos with gimp 2.6 o something-.-
