Five Elite Mercenaries are send to an Island in middle of the 1980'. The Task: Find and Eliminate a local Drug Baron. Features: new Physic, real Sunmovement, Day/Night Change, Hunger/Food system, realistic (!) Weather system, Light/Dark viewing system for AI, 5 different Fractions on the Island. Complete Realistic simulation of nearly all things, including Sleep. New weapons, new Vehicles. Vehicles driving system is now exact (!) like GTA IV , FireSystem,... this mod is Heavily inspired by GTA, IGI, FarCry.

I like how you are making use of the open world and not making every area surrounded by cliff walls :D
yeah, this is real open world, in fact i also allow to climb nearly over all mountains you see there and there.
i only have to close the mapboarders, because i dont use here ocean as map-clipping.
the desired gameplay is, that you can really try to use every obstacle to cross such open fields OR go the long way around.
On open Fields you may be confronted with snipers, on way arounds there are ofcourse roads where military roadbarriers are placed, so it's basically depending from your playing style, from your gear and your map-knowledge.
i as gamedesigner try then to work with random gearplacments, so that every playing attempt will result in an complete different experience. (atleast thats what i try to achieve and it seems it's working).
