Five Elite Mercenaries are send to an Island in middle of the 1980'. The Task: Find and Eliminate a local Drug Baron. Features: new Physic, real Sunmovement, Day/Night Change, Hunger/Food system, realistic (!) Weather system, Light/Dark viewing system for AI, 5 different Fractions on the Island. Complete Realistic simulation of nearly all things, including Sleep. New weapons, new Vehicles. Vehicles driving system is now exact (!) like GTA IV , FireSystem,... this mod is Heavily inspired by GTA, IGI, FarCry.
most windows are destroyable. such a destroy event cause noise which will alarm near by enemies.
this sound event is then spawned from the broken window itself. in devkid it's now also possible to throw stones to destroy glass like lamps or windows.
throwing event from the stone cause now noise event, like in vanilla far cry.
i also experimented with the option/feature to add health damage to enemies if you hit them with a throwed stone, but finally i disabled it explicitly.
it feeled false, if a enemy was already on low health, lets say have had 10 hp left and you throwed a small stone on his belly and he died. this really gave a wrong feeling :D
ah, there was a typo:
throwing event from the stone cause no (!) noise event, like in vanilla far cry.
*only the stone hit cause a event, ofcourse
