Informations about the demo version 2 news - Far Crab mod for Half-Life

Here are some informations about the development of Far Crab!

I start with the next demo which is coming in the end of September, or in October if I really don't have time (hope I will have time lol).
This second demo will include the 3 maps playable in the actual version, with major modifications: bug fixes, enhanced level design, detail textures..., and 2 new maps: the introduction map, which relate the story of Far Crab, and the map 4, the beginning of the second chapter.
This demo will use Spirit of Half-Life, which give some new features for mappers like particle system, reflections, new step and ladder sounds for example.
If everything is going good, you will have this demo before October.

And after the demo 2 release? Of course it won't stop here, I already get the possibility to use another great Mod: HL ArrangeMent. This Mod is better than Spirit, and add lot of incredible stuff for the HL1 engine: real shadows, water reflects, new movement system... and other nice things like new enemies and weapons, new entities and proprieties (fog, sun, optimization...).

Of course, before putting Far Crab into ArrangeMent, I will have to make some test on this beautiful mod. I'm just waiting a beta-tester version for that :)

To finish, here is the official site of Far Crab. Ok, this site is very ugly, and have a bug with FireFox 3, and it's in French. But a new version is in work at this moment, and maybe will be up with the next demo.
