F4RO strives to bring a touch of realism to the Commonwealth with changes to the names and stats to existing items, as well as adding more items to your game.

- Lock Joint Syringe to Curare Dart
- Jet Fuel to Bath Salts (Addiction is still "Jet Addiction", I may Give it it's own addiction in a later release.)
- Berserk Syringe to Dextroamphetamine Dart
- Rad-X to Potassium Iodide
- Radaway from Iodine to Zeolite (Iodine isn't useful if already exposed to radiation but Zeolite can be useful: Earth.lsa.umich.edu)
- Rename Glowing Blood Pack to Ghoul Stem-Cells
- Add Food Poisoning Disease Effect
- Give Food Poisoning effect to Salisbury Steak that's found in the wasteland.
- Give Food Poisoning effect to yum yum deviled eggs
- Rename Endangerol Syringe to Heparin Dart (Decided on making it an anticoagulent instead of a drug that lowers white cell count.)
- Bleed-out Syringe to High Dose Heparin Dart (Unlike Endangerol, Causes Bleedout Damage)
- Rename Yellow Belly Syringe to LSD Dart
- Rename Mind Cloud Syringe to Methylmercury Dart (Methylmercury causes blindness and deafness.)
- Rename Fury to Heroin (since it's a more powerful version of Psycho, I named it heroin because heroin shares alot of the effects of coke but is more powerful.)
- Rename Daddy-O to DMT (http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Daddy-O)
- Rename "Dirty Water" to "Contaminated Water"
- Irradiated Blood to Radioactive Blood
- Rename overdrive to Cocaine Injection & change addiction to Psycho
- Rename Calmex to Diazepam
- Rename Pax Syringe to Midazolam Dart
- Rename Syringer to Dartgun
- Rename Noodle Cup to Ramen Noodles
- Rename Potato Crisps to Potato Chips (Because this is Boston, not London)

NO sense. Certain names are in the game since fallout 1.
What's the point in renaming the chems if their effects are so unrealistic the real analogue names aren't very descriptive or appropriate?
Does this mod feature any changes to weapon damages and combat in general?
Sorry for the late response, I havent been on ModDB for a couple of days, F4RO will include weapon and junk alterations in the future, I haven't gotten that far just yet, but they are next on the list, I recently released version 1.0 on the other modding site, not sure if I can name it here, I'll be uploading it here now too. so far I only have renamed the food and drugs, as well as added a food poisoning effect for a couple items so far, and renamed the Syringer to Dartgun due to renaming all the syringe items as "Dart".
Each inventory section in the pipboy (EX. Aid, Weapon, Junk ...) will be released as a separate .esp file for better customization and compatibility with other mods.
