So I finished downloading the mod and ran the 2 part installers. When I launch Evolution of Combat IV.exe it says it needs to update, but when it tries it comes up with an error: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Access to the path "D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Jedi Academy\GameData\SerenitySaberSystemsded.x86.exe" is denied. I've tried running as administrator, changing permissions, making sure the file isn't read only. Not sure what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated! I figured it out, I was trying to give individual files permissions...not the whole folder. Fail. |
