This mod is in development. Weapons and enemies will be put in without recompiling the dll. The team is already got a mapper, props/rag doll modeler, semi-knowledgeable script er, sound maker, and texture maker. Every field of a team is met and now it is being worked on. No concept art needed.. only work from here on out. The Releasable date is unknown.. The storyline starts out as you woke up in a dumpster near a bar. You think you are just like the rest of the people you even have your own personality of silence. You black out and end up in the basement of the bar. You soon realize after waking up that there is only one way out. Fighting your way out.. with weapons you find. Bring down the enemies in many ways with portals. But First you must escape the secrets you unraveled. Escape while you still can.. The rest is yet to come and find out on your own. This is a basic tutorial showing you how to use Escaped portal's map generator. It is very simple. Although the map generator is currently under development I believe it is pessary for people to learn to how to use it before using it so even though it is under development. I will still show you how it works because the process's I will show you are already complete and are going to be there 100% the same exact way.
This tutorial will show you how to get your .vmf from just a bunch of .bat, .nmf , and incomplete .brf files. Now since the .brf files are still under construction and they are so vital to the compiling of the maps I will not show you how to compile them just yet untill it is complete and released (there will be a separate part for that and this tutorial will show the batch process)

MUST DO STEPS IN ORDER OR WILL NOT WORK RIGHT AND MUST FOLLOW DIRRECTIONS
step 1 : Pick 1 batch you want your level to start out in the "Begining" Folder
Step 2: Pick 1 batch file from "2nd"
step 3 : Pick 1 batch file from "split"
step 4 : pick 1 batch file from "Meetup"
Step 5 : pick 1 batch file from "challange"
Step 6 : pick 1 batch file from "ending"
step 7: go into the "output6"
step 8 : rename the output.vmf to what ever you want do not put spaces in the name
step 9 : move file to maps folder inside your Escaped Portal folder

THIS METHOD IS MORE THEN LIKELY GOING TO BE SCRAPED AND REPLACED WITH A GRAPHICS INTERFACE VERSION WITH TUTORIALS INSIDE THE PROGRAM BUT THIS TUTORIAL WILL BE REPLACED WITH A FULL STARTERS INSTALLING AND DEMONSTRATING OF USE AND TOOLS TO BE USED FOR IT. IT WILL STILL HAVE A THEME LAYOUT THOUGH. BUT IT WILL HAVE A DISPLAY OF EACH THEME AND I WILL TRY TO ALLOW ITEM PLACEMENT AND ENTITIES PLACEMENT TO ALLOW MANUEL USAGE AND YES THERE WILL BE TEST CHAMBER THEMES.
Purpose of the GUI version, to allow it easy for people to make maps and faster much like prefebs placements.
