• Infantry morale regeneration has been decreased from an average of 4 to 0.5 per second and commander morale regeneration from 5 to 1.5 per second. Ability morale damage has been decreased by 50%. Morale break events now grant 10 morale per second. Leader and commander morale regeneration buff decreased to 0.5 - 1.
• Vehicle and building repair tax increased from 50% to 75%.
• Vehicles (and some monsters) will receive a movement speed penalty and a flat accuracy penalty of 15% when reaching below half health and again below 25% health (+Degradation).
• Listening Posts and Turrets have 80% armour. Defense bonuses will increase armour by 10 percentage points per bonus (Necrons excepted).
• Mine Fields sight decreased from 10 to 5 and no longer reveal infiltrators with a keen sight of 6.

• Included the Techmarine: Single commander built from the Machine Cult. Can call down Tarantula Emplacements and a Communications Array for reinforcing. Can repair vehicles and buildings and bolster them with Blessings of the Omnissiah. Has access to combi weapon upgrades.
• Included the Venerable Dreadnought: More efficient dreadnought variant built from the Orbital Relay. Requires Heavy Armour Deployment to be requisitioned.
