  • All weapon accuracy receives a 60% accuracy penalty instead of 40% when firing on the move. Assault weapons based on 8th edition now lose 20% of their accuracy when on the move instead of losing no accuracy.
  • Commander damage resistance buffs altered to be based around their armour level. Armour 1 is 50% resistant (Farseer, Warlock Conclave, Ethereal), armour 2 is 40% resistant (Command Squad), armour 3 is 30% resistant (Big Mek), armour 4 is 20% resistant (Force Commander, Librarian, Chaplain, Chaos Lord, Sorcerer, XV22 Commander, Necron Lord, Destroyer Lord) and armour 5 is 10% resistant (Warboss).

  • Adjusted all Tactical Marine Heavy Bolter, Plasma Gun and Missile Launcher weapons to deal slightly less damage. Flamer receives 20% damage buff from Target Finders instead of 17%. Heavy Bolters receive 17% damage buff instead of 20%.
  • Terminator health decreased from 980 to 950. Assault Terminator health decreased from 1020 to 1000.
  • Librarian was given the Quickening ability: Increases movement speed by 60%, decreases weapon accuracy by 35% and increases the Librarian's ranged damage resistance by 90% for 5 seconds. This ability passes down to squad members the Librarian accompanies. AI will now use this ability to retreat or progress.
  • Predator Lascannon weapons damage decreased slightly.
  • Whirlwind Vengeance Launcher no longer slows enemies down.
  • Rally recharge time increased from 120 to 180 seconds.
  • Weaken Resolve stops morale from regenerating entirely and drains a total of 100 or more morale damage throughout the full 40 second duration.
  • Orbital Bombardment damage decreased from 107 - 204 to 85 - 170 per blast.

  • Adjusted all Chaos Marine Heavy Bolter, Plasma Gun and Missile Launcher weapons to deal slightly less damage. Heavy Bolter receives 50% damage buff from Heavy Weapons Increase instead of double its damage.
  • Horror Coruscating Flames reload time decreased from 3 to 2.5 seconds. Damage decreased from 252 to 212.
  • Defiler health decreased by 150 hitpoints. Ruinous Engines health buff is increased by 150. Build time increased from 65 to 68 seconds. Battlecannon no longer slows enemies down.
  • Chaos Predator Lascannon weapons damage decreased slightly.

  • Reworked Eldar AI to utilize Fleet of Foot as a means to retreat or progress instead of randomly toggling the ability on and off.
  • Guardian health decreased from 270 to 250 hitpoints. Reinforced Armour health buff decreased from 100 per research to 85 and 95. Shuriken Catapult damage decreased from 9 to 7. Improved Optics damage buff increased from 25% to 40%.
  • Warlock health decreased from 700 to 600 hitpoints. Mysticism research now requires the Soul Shrine. Embolden recharge time decreased from 150 to 140 seconds.
  • Brightlance Weapon Platform damage increased from 185 - 370 to 220 - 440.
  • War Shout center morale damage decreased from 35 to 30. Radius changed to affect enemies all around the Banshee Exarch instead of those in front of the Exarch.
  • Dark Reaper Reaper Launcher damage buff from Improved Optics decreased from 50% to 45% per research. Health decreased from 290 to 270 hitpoints. Reinforced Armour health buffs increased from 50 to 55 per research.
  • Fire Dragon health buffs from Reinforced Armour decreased from 130 to 110 per research.
  • Warp Spider health decreased from 425 to 400 hitpoints. Reinforced Armour health buffs decreased from 100 to 95 per research. Reinforce time increased from 10 to 12 seconds. (build time 40 to 48 seconds). Jump recharge time increased from 70 to 80 seconds (40 seconds per jump). Jump distance decreased from 70 to 60.
  • Harlequin Holosuit damage resistance buff of 33% removed. Harlequin Blade damage decreased from 48 to 30. Farseer Veteran and Farseer Hero health buffs decreased from 160 to 140 per research. Base cost decreased from 50 to 45 requisition (build cost 200 to 180 requisition). Can no longer detect infiltrated units.
  • Warlock Conclave health decreased from 900 to 800 hitpoints.
  • Falcon Twin Shuriken Catapult damage decreased from 29 to 15 and Scatter Laser damage decreased from 24 to 20 to compensate for the Starcannon's damage. Brightlance damage decreased from 134 - 268 to 104 - 208. Jump recharge time increased from 90 to 120 seconds (60 seconds per jump). Jump distance decreased from 65 to 60.
  • Wraithlord health decreased by 200 hitpoints. Health now regenerates at 3.5 hp/sec. Wraithbone Fists damage decreased from 152 - 142.
  • Fire Prism Twin Shuriken Catapult damage decreased from 65 to 25 due to its artillery role and high mobility. Jump recharge time increased from 90 to 120 seconds. Jump distance decreased from 65 to 60.
  • Listening Shrine Brightlance damage increased from 145 - 290 to 165 - 330.
  • Fleet of Foot duration decreased from 10 to 8 seconds.
  • Shroud research time increased from 60 to 80 seconds.
  • Farseer Veteran cost increased from 100 to 125 requisition and 25 to 50 power.

  • Ork pop capacity increased from 135 to 150.
  • All Ork squads (except commanders and single units) now receive the Waaagh ability: Increases movement speed by 33%, morale regeneration by 2.5 - granted to units nearby, health regeneration by 5, weapon damage by 10%, reload speed by 20%, and grants control from broken morale for 10 seconds. Can only be used globally, once every 60 seconds. Requires 75 Waaagh. AI will use this ability when engaged in combat.
  • Boyz base cost decreased from 32.5 to 30 requisition (build cost 130 to 120 requisition). Health decreased from 275 to 250 hitpoints. Health buff from More Armour increased from 100 to 110 per research.
  • Shootaboy health increased from 215 to 235 hitpoints. Health buff from More Armour increased from 50 to 85 per research. Squad size increased from 8 to 10. Shoota damage decreased from 13 to 10. More Dakka damage buff to Shootas increased from 15% to 20%.
  • Stormboyz health decreased from 470 to 300 hitpoints. Health buff from More Armour decreased from 150 to 110 per research.
  • Tankbusta pop value increased from 1 to 2. Squad size decreased from 6 to 5. Health increased from 320 to 465 hitpoints. Health buffs from More Armour increased from 100 to 150 per research. Reinforce time increased from 10 to 13 seconds (build time 30 to 39 seconds). Weight increased from 12 to 25.
  • Tankbusta Rokkit Launcha damage increased from 200 to 290. Accuracy decreased from 65% to 40%. Armour Piercing decreased by half for all non-vehicle armours based on Tank Hunters trait. Tankbusta Bombs damage increased from 328 - 656 to 378 - 756. Recharge time decreased from 120 to 100 seconds.
  • Flashgit health doubled from 400 to 800 hitpoints.
  • Meganob health buff from Tougher Bosses increased from 300 to 350 per research. Power Klaw damage increased from 116 - 174 to 126 - 189.
  • Big Mek Slugga damage increased from 37 to 47 damage. Tank Zzappa recharge time decreased from 90 to 80 seconds.
  • Warboss health increased from 1680 to 1930 hitpoints. Power Klaw damage increased from 196 - 294 to 206 - 309.
  • Wartrak vehicle cap decreased from 3 to 2.
  • Squiggoth turn rate increased from 30 to 45. Big Zzappa now functions as a projectile and its hit will randomize position. Reload time increased from 6.5 to 8 seconds. Max damage decreased from 275 to 135.
  • Listening Post Rokkit Launcha damage decreased from 392 to 352.
  • Waaagh Banner Rokkit Launcha damage increased from 292 to 330.
  • Kustom Force Field is now a timed ability. Ranged damage reduction increased from 10% to 25%. Only applies to the Mekboy and a squad he accompanies. Lasts 20 seconds and recharges for 120 seconds. AI will use this ability if below 80% health and has recently been damaged.
  • Power of Waaagh replaced with Choppin' Time: Globally increases all Choppa weapon damage by 20%. Orks near the Warboss are immune to melee damage. Duration decreased from 20 to 15 seconds.
  • More Choppy researches damage buffs for all Choppa weapons decreased from 25% to 20% due to the perks of Waaagh and Choppin' Time.

  • Guardsmen Grenade Launcher damage decreased from 87 to 75.
  • Strafing Run damage decreased from 67 - 101 to 48 - 72 per missile.
  • Earthshaker Round damage increased from 272 - 408 to 340 - 510.

  • Teachings of Kauyon and Mont'ka now encompass previous Improved Metallurgy and Superior Optics researches. Hammerhead Gunship, Krootox and Kroot Hounds are no longer specified to either Command Post.
  • Kroot Shapers once reinforced will allow Kroot Carnivores and Kroot Hounds to reinforce freely.
  • Photon Grenades no longer deal damage. Instead, enemies hit will have their weapon accuracy decreased by 50% and cannot melee charge for 15 seconds.
  • Air Caste Bombardment reworked. Center blast deals 1000 armour-piercing damage. Exterior radius no longer deals constant knockback but instead one instance of 100 damage and strong knockback.
  • Tau received the XV22 Stealthsuit research: Allows the XV22 Commander to become infiltrated. Available at tier 2.
  • Improved Metallurgy is now a universal research that increases the health of Tau infantry. Available at tier 3.

  • Necron Plasma Generators now have a starting cost of 25 power with its stackable power requirement increased from 25 to 35 power per Generator. Warriors now cost 90 power to build but the Necron's starting power is increased from 300 to 450 power.
  • Both Immortals and Flayed Ones now share the same build time penalty that Necron Warriors do as more squads and units are fielded, the longer it takes to build a new squad.
  • Nightbringer's Scythe utilizes 100% of its strength value against all armour targets, except vehicles which only has a strength value of 4. Ranged lightning replaced with the Gaze of Death that also utilizes 100% of its strength value (vehicle strength is 0). Functions similarly to a flamer that hits multiple targets in the Nightbringer's view.
  • Deceiver no longer has a ranged attack and instead uses Star-God Fists as a melee weapon. Grand Illusion now spawns a Deceiver clone instead of a Monolith. Deceive renamed to Subjugate. Duration decreased from 20 to 15 seconds.
  • Deceiver was given the Deceive ability: A targeted enemy squad attacks each other for 6 seconds. This ability has a 50% chance to extend the duration by an additional 4 seconds for three more instances, with a 13% chance to last for 18 seconds total.
  • Destroyer Lord was given the Light Bane ability: Fires off a linear blast in a targeted direction that inflicts 125 damage and deals 45 - 55 knockback or less for 5 consecutive hits, each one extending further away from the Destroyer Lord. Recharges for 180 seconds. AI will use this ability when there are multiple enemies nearby.
  • Monolith now requires 5 support cap to be fielded.
  • Dormant Monoliths now provide 2 squad cap and 2 support cap as a means to help Necrons accumulate more unit cap.
  • Solar Pulse duration decreased from 20 seconds to 15 seconds. Can no longer reveal infiltrated units.
  • Phylactery changed from a passive aura to a timed ability. Regenerates 75 hitpoints per second for 15 seconds, restoring a total of 1125 health. The Necron Lord will be unable to move, attack or jump and loses 50% damage resistance while under its effects. Recharges for 135 seconds. AI will use this ability when wounded, away from combat and not moving.
  • Necrons received the Enhanced Induction research: Increases Necron Warrior Gauss Flayers and Immortal Gauss Blaster damage by 35% and Destroyer Gauss Cannons and Heavy Destroyer Heavy Gauss Cannons by 20%. Available at tier 3.
  • Necrons received the Disruption Field research: Increases Flayed One Flayed Claws damage from 130 to 163 and strength value by 1.
