This creature was already introduced in an article - this time around you can see its back and a close-up on its face aswell.
An Oorbaya is the end of a mage who never got trained in controlling her/his magic power. These mages are called wild mages and usually get more powerful than fully trained ones - on the counterside they can easily turn into this thing here.

That looks both scary and pretty damn cool.
Reminds me of Warhammer with hilarious stuff like spells backfiring and making the caster explode and so on.
