Sauron's most terrible servant, First of the Nine. He now wields his blade and crushing mace from the movies against the enemies of the Dark Lord. His presence in Angmar, where he was at the height of his personal power, has furthermore received a completely new and vastly more detailed model. We feel that this great villain deserved a level of detail that did his terrifying presence justice.

Yes, it is for the Angmar Witch-King. The Mordor Witch-King is still clad in the dark robes of the Nazgûl.
