The Great Goblin may be slow and not a powerful warrior, but he can cast abilities to support the pillaging hordes of Goblintown across the entire map.
great stuff, genuinely very impressed, but surely he should have some melee power, after all he could have squashed Thorin like a bug if he hit him with that staff
He does have AoE damage similiar to a troll, but his general slowness make him easy to evade. This is mainly for gameplay reasons, the heroes must feel different from each other and the Great Goblin fits well as a lazy overseer in my opinion.
oh well if that's the case then I've no problem, I agree he should be portrayed as lazy,but I'm glad me packs a punch >:)

no the old one was a giant animation the new one is a troll animation
