I see what many have complained about; it's amazing and all, but the pillars look as if they were cut from a hall (say moria) and placed right in the open.
Some leaves on top might greatly help the view :/

I believe some vines on the pillars would do.

Thranduil's halls were carved into mountains by dwarves as a memento of Nargothrond ...

we know that, but for the look of an outdoor, open air fortress, it requires something that matches the environment

I don't see much of a problem, but I suppose the tracery on the columns could be extended past the tops to give it a more fluid look.

Will be available Thranduil's fortress inside the mountain?? There is a map with a Dwarves fortress which you can open and close the principal door (sorry, I don't remember now the name). Would it be nice something like this, what do you think?

I think the map you're talking about is Erebor.
Anyway I dont see how it would work without ending up like the current Dwarven stone ball, which the team said they won't do it (the cave thing) for Mirkwood :/

Ok! The Map I say is Ered Luin, for two players.

Yeah I have to admit, it doesn't exactly look like the fortress of a woodland-based faction. I guess it's more in line with the hobbit movie, but I thought they'd done it quite oddly as well. I guess you have lorien for the trees though, so this at least looks different. Good job :)
