Description
The Isengard Citadel with all possible upgrades:
- Furnaces: Reduces the cost of unit upgrades
- Dig Site: Reduces the cost of structures
- Crebain: Allows you to periodically summon a murder of crows
- Wizard Tower: As long as Saruman stands atop this tower, he may cast all his spells as though he were rank 10.
One of the best citadels in the mod thus far!
I see saruman on the citadel, he wont be in the battlefield anymore?
He is able to be in on the battle field and on the citadel.

Let's say that the one on the tower is a mirror image to fool the Rohirrim and cause them to be surprised when they meet him on the battlefield xD

The citadel is great looking! But as mentioned by your team being able to build orthanc on every stage is odd... And even more peculiar would be to have 2 orthancs in a stage...
This building is NOT the orthanc.
It has a complete different form (f.e. only 4 sites)
This building is very similar to the mage tower, which was the final upgrade of the bfme II fortress. This building is just a symbol that saruman always tries to copy things and make it himself. (f.e. he tried to forge his own ring of power)
By building this tower he tries to build a tower, which is as strong as the orthanc (but of course doesn't manage it to be that strong^^).

I prefer the look of this citadel to the wooden one, looks far more imposing
normal isengard fortress is better than this really. Give some more importance to evil factions too. You need to work more harder for Isengard - MOrdor - Goblins.
Comparing to Good factions - the evil factions buildings are so simple really... Nothing new designs at most of them...
