The Star of Hope can be summoned if Galadriel has ascended to either of her Ring forms and grants powerful bonuses to your units and heroes.
Hmmm, isn't the Star of Hope Earendil's ship? I thought he would only bless her if she rejected the ring, or am I reading this incorrectly? What about that tornado? :P
To not make the spells useless when she has the ring or already uses the other spell, both spellbook spells have additional effects on already transformed Galariels.
Ah okay.
Even in wrathful and powerful mode, it doesn't necessary mean that she is evil and Earendil will turn away from her. Interesting concept how to keep spells useful while not contradict the lore and logic behind it.
