Main features: -Complete change of market prices, quantity of production and tech bonuses. -Complete change to pop needs. -Steel is now more important, and so are steamers, machine parts and clothing. -Some rebalance in resource distribution across the map. -Added TONS of new event modifiers, mainly companies that appear on provinces (Krupp, Skoda, etc for example) and leaders. -Some minor map changes. -Rebranded fertilizer as chemicals, luxury clothes as banking and some minor changes. -Health Care now needs way more bureaucrats to simulate the need of doctors and medical staff, especially for good health care.
