Optional Personal Changes file - Echo of Chernobyl 2: Second Breath mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl

This is a freeplay mod for Shadow of Chernobyl with fantastic graphics and visual style. I did not create this mod though I did add a few optional changes to UI and textures as well as a SweetFX filter to polish it up a bit and make it a bit more visually consistent. I've uploaded this to ModDB as I found it quite difficult to download this mod for myself on any of the Russian sites, so I thought I'd do everyone a favour.
