No, that would be a ton of work.
At least make the weapons and ammo pick-ups voxel (if it's possible, of course). It just looks weird when some weapons are voxel, and some are sprites.
I do agree on that. Personally I don't like inconsistency in style of pick up items. We'll wait and see in the future if doing all voxel items is feasible or all sprite pickups.
