DRRP v0.3.0b - RPG Update
Innovations:
- Added RPG system
- Upgrading player characteristics in the stores (Strength, Defense, Accuracy, Agility)
- Now the dogs take all your damage.
- Now the Axe blocks part of the damage
- Rebalanced weapons and monsters
- Notifications about killing all the monsters and finding all the secrets at the level
- Correction of Russian translation INTRO (Entrance) from Russian Doom Community
- Added contextual tips (in the right-top corner)
- Added reverb
- Animation of door tunnels textures

Welp.. there's a new problem, I don't know if it's something on my end or what, but with the hotfix I get hit with this

As one of the few people I know that has actually had the chance to play the game this mod tries to recreate, I can say for certain that you've done a great job, but I may have some criticism. I noticed that the damage values are somewhat different, as Hellhounds and Malwraths were far more resistant to the pistol. The ability to manually dodge somewhat helps, but the size of rooms coupled with the speed of the Doomguy makes it pretty tricky. In addition, the dialogue seems to be unchanged. This is good and bad. The story and charm is all there and accounted for, but when the controls are mentioned, the number pad is referred to as if it was ripped right from the source, which would be completely understandable. I hope this honest critique helps.
Edit: I forgot to mention the fire extinguisher. The amount of halon needed to put out a single fire may be a bit much.
Personally... Sorry but Im critic and it´s not good.... And here´s my points:
-No turn based
-For some reason when you level up you grow 2 levels instead of 1
-Enemies are too strong... can kill you in two seconds
-Lot of glitches
-Desactivate Free Look is useless because you can only use the fire extuinguisher when you look down... or you waste ammo
-Level up is useless also. There´s little difference.
-For some reason you can only change weapons for one side or with the numbers... what?
Doom Rpg is great, is my favorite java game and one of my favorite game of all time but this "remake" is a joke and a bunch of bad things like glitches and things without sense... good video, good gameplay but is a bad mod.... for now... i hope that the "classic" version fixes these errors....
