This is a Action,Adventure Game for Unreal Tournament 3 - Changed

We have a very talented team and we are glad moddb helped us get this far.

Story:

Another place close to ours but not so far away.

[Music starts up as we see the blackness of space slowly passing before three lines of bright, purple light quickly fly away from the screen. These stray rays are followed by tens, then dozens then hundreds of other beams consisting of colors of purple, pink, light red, and blue. The screen above suddenly turns a brilliant white as a giant sized ray of emerald energy shoots away from the camera into the depths of space. The next 3 minutes & 27 seconds are spent showing this mysterious beam passing over or near planets, through an asteroid field, past a starship, and, in one case when it cuts down to the surface of a planet, over the skies of a city. All the while, the games credits fade in and out on different areas of the screen. During these sequences are interspersed brief flashes of the main heroes tossing and turning in their sleep. Finally, as the music ends it shows the beam heading straight at the camera but before it can impact with it the angle changes to show it collide roughly with a communications array.]

[Cut to a close up of a red light as it begins to flash on and off and warning sirens begin to sound out. Brief cuts show furs at stations looking over diagrams while a few soldiers dart here and there to get to their combat stations. Cut to one of the doors as Culbar strolls in, looks around for a minute, then strides quickly over to the rest of the Kizer commanders, who are busy studying a very realistic hologram of the planet Turinski Nine. A profile shot of Culbar shows him stroking his chin, deep in thought, before he turns and makes his way over to Frixen, who's busily typing away on a keyboard while studying a diagram of Turinski Nine.>

CULBAR: *leaning in behind Frixen, his hand resting on the back of the vulpine's chair* I got your message, what's the problem?

FRIXEN: Well--

CULBAR: Hold that thought. *tilting his head up to look around the room* WILL SOMEONE SHUT THAT FETHING THING OFF?!
[The sirens turn off.]
CULBAR: Much better. Carry on.
FRIXEN: As I was saying, well, as I stated in my message we recieved one very bizzare distress call from a planet in the uncharted sector designated as Turinski Nine. *he nods to his see-through holographic screen* We're not entirely sure why, but it seems as though whomever sent the signal put so much energy into boosting it that when it hit our comm station it nearly overloaded it. That's the reason for the sudden alert status.

[switch to an over-the-shoulder shot of Frixen's chair as Culbar leans in to look at the screen.]

CULBAR: I see no disturbances. Could the message have been faked?

[The sound of the door opening and many footfalls entering the room prompt Culbar and Frixen to look over as Zan and his men enter the simulation chamber below. Zan looks up at the command center and flashes a thumbs up as he and his men stand aboard a series of panels interspersed throughout the room. Switch back up to Frixen as his fingers fly over the keyboard.]

FRIXEN: Commencing digitilization sequence in 3.. 2.. 1.. Digitilization.

[A quick closeup of his paw shows him hitting the Enter key, before switching back to the simulation room where Zan and his men are bathed in then turned into miniscule specs of light and flung into the hologram of the planet. The screen flashes white then is suddenly on the surface of Turinski Nine, the only sound being a gentle breeze as Zan & his men look around them silently. Then a nod and a wave of his paw they all journey foward, scenes fading in and out as they transverse different locations. A brief view of the sky is shown for a moment before Zan's head raises into view. He takes a minute to wipe his brow before he looks at the screen, and slowly his eyes go wide. With a small "snapping" noise the action returns to the command center.>

ZAN'S VOICE OVER THE RADIO: I think we found what we're looking for. Lock onto my location and zoom in; you're not going to believe this.

[Frixen's paws dance over the keyboard a bit, then he uses a finger on a digital mouse pad to zoom in on a small, but now noticible, black spot on the planet's surface.]

FRIXEN: I dunno about you, Captain, but I think we just found our disturbance.

[Switch back to Zan's face.]

ZAN: It's like a whole chunk of the planet is missing. Just, gone. Without a trace. Like it didn't even exist to begin with.

CULBAR: We confirm. End the simulation, good work.

FRIXEN: You think we should send in an investigation team?

ALMUL'S VOICE: Not a bad idea.

I have still been working on dracten for a year secretly and sorry not updating on MODDB.com after its format switched.  I didn't like the fact I couldn't moderate this place and have people spamming it.  I also don't like the fact I can't make small updates without having to say 50 things at least as I am currently late for college cause I am posting this up.

I am also currently taking game design classes at my college.  Cause I got tired of people telling me I don't know what I am doing.

yes it did, i was doing some level design and did a few music tracks for menus but then nothing really happended, which is shame as there was some good ideas in here

It's sad but true, many mods end up being too ambitious, but the creators have informed me that this is not the case. I did want them to finish this, so I'm glad they're still going.

I was a little bummed when I heard Dracten was going to unreal... I have been following its developement since sometime arround... I think its conception. I am glad you are still working on it but I am a little miffed that I have to buy a new game to enjoy this beutiful mod. Oh well I lked he other unreal games so Sure why the hell not... now if only my computer would work right again... stupid geek squad.

Hello, I would like to join the team as a 3D modeller, I know how to rig and animate as well but im quite new qith it. My modelling Skill is solid and my strongest in skill, also I know how to use Zbrush (for normal mapping). I know how to UV map and texture but i suck at texturing. Im actually creating my own mod for Civilization 4 and did finsih some stuff for the mod, but since I use maya, and there is no export for the .NIF format, and that has greatly discouraged me because i did an animation for a unit I created and could not export it via .FBX, which made me feel like i wasted my time modelling like 10 different units and animating one of them. Personally, I love 3D and its my passion, but I want a game that has an exporter available with maya and Unreal was the perfect Solution!!!!

Experience = I started with 3D since January of 2006 and have persuid my intrest till i got this far. As stated above, I can do pretty much anything but modellign is my Strongest attribute.
Portfolio = Check out my mod Moddb.com although some of the art is not mine, all the untextured stuff and Normal mapped stuff is mine. the others were barrowed with permission of killSt4r for my mod.

I was reading how the maya plugin work, and how unreal handles its exportation, and how to export animation, and its fairly simple but we need to get it all done. What trulky fascinated me to join this mod personally is the concept art and that one of the current modellers uses maya and that to me is a BIG ++.
